Order Processing and Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. Please ensure that all shipping and product information is correct. Novathebrand is not responsible for incorrect information provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@novathebrand.com with your order number.
After 24 hours, your order will be processed and shipped, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

You must contact us at support@novathebrand.com before sending your return to receive instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
